A) Vendor Development - 1) Selecting vendors
• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
• Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
2) Negotiating contracts
3) Controlling costs
• Well versed about the costing parameters of various manufacturing processes.
4) Reducing vendor-related risks
• Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
• Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
5) Ensuring service delivery.

• Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring the current parts inventory
• Pricing parts to maintain profitability
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them

- POSITION REPORTS TO : PARTNER
- AGE/GENDER PREFERANCE : 30 years & above - Male
- MAJOR SOFTSKILLS REQUIREMENTS (Languages) :Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English, Industry Awareness. Ability to adapt and be Resourceful, Efficient Negotiation Skills
- EDUCATION QUALIFICATION (Institute Pref. If any) :
:Diploma / Degree – Mech Eng. / Tool
- SPECIFY SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE :Mastercam, Autocad, Nx, XL, Progecad
- NO. OF YRS EXP. (Along with industry pref. If any) : 10 years – preferably in Tool Industry
- SALARY AND BENEFITS (CTC and monthly take home) : 22-25k
